Logoplaste is currently seeking to hire a AGV Technician, to join the plant team in Inwood, WV (USA).
SUMMARY
The AGV Technician is responsible for managing the deliveries and minor mechanical reliability of the HBW and AGV’s for the plant. Supports the Delivery Systems Manager with all aspects of the HBW & AGV activities. Assist in clearing any faults present on the AGV’s to continue the flow of traffic and production throughout the plant.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Ability to work in a safe manner to prevent injuries to self and co-workers
· Proactive in identifying and addressing unsafe conditions
· Follow Lockout/Tag out Policy
· Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all equipment to meet or exceed company established OEE expectations and customer quality expectations
· Process equipment and maintain documentation to support process changes
· Proactive in addressing inefficiencies of equipment
· Continually evaluate equipment for improvement areas. Tag components or parts that need repair, replacement or improvement as outlined in the TPM guidelines
· Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks as assigned
· Develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
· Identification of the appropriate tools and equipment needed to complete the job
· Use power tool equipment in the shop in a safe manner to avoid injury or harm to self or other employees
· Communicate problems, progress reports and continuous improvement ideas to management staff, maintenance and production personnel
· Complete the appropriate documentation required by all work orders
· Ensure equipment is clean and in “showroom condition” after preventative maintenance is performed on production equipment
· Promote and participate in good housekeeping habits to ensure plant appearance exceeds management and customer expectations
· Ability to work with fellow employees, customers, vendors and/or contractors as required
· Comply with all company safety policies and procedures as well as maintaining good housekeeping, GMP practices and Global Food Safety practices.

COMPENTENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum High School Diploma (or GED/High School Certification)
· 2-5 years relevant manufacturing experience in plastics technology or a similar technical area preferred
· Excellent communication skills including verbal written and electronic
· Ability to clearly communicate technical system issues
· Ability to quickly learn computer systems to monitor equipment activities and troubleshoot issues
· Good working knowledge of computer systems, including MS Office and SAP
· Good “hands on” working approach
· Able to work independently, identify problems and improve
· Ability to work in a fast pace environment and work well under pressure
· Ability to prioritize multiple projects and complete in a timely manner with limited supervision

Logoplaste is currently seeking to recruit a Maintenance Technician to join the team in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
Position: Maintenance Technician– Logoplaste Edmonton (CA)
Reporting to: Plant Manager
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining site-specific equipment (Extrusion, Injection or Blow Molding). This is full-time position that requires an individual that is self-motivated, willing to learn, and has a great attitude. Logoplaste Edmonton is a 24/7 manufacturing operation with a total of 42 employees.
Hours of Work:
Hours of work will be twelve (12) hours per day, four (4) days per rotation, in accordance with the following schedule: 7am to 7pm (for two (2) days) and 7pm to 7am (for two (2) nights) followed by four (4) days off.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Position: Maintenance Technician
PURPOSE
Support the Plant Manager, Maintenance assistant, Team Leaders and Other Maintenance personnel in all aspects of maintenance including:

Hours will be for an average of 40 hours a week (Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm) and based in Vaudreuil Dorion Canada Facility. Some travel to other Logoplaste facilities may be required. Job Summary

Position: Quality Technician
PURPOSE
This is to define the duties and responsibilities of the Quality Technician Role.
Working Conditions:
Hours will be for an average of 40 hours a week (Monday to Friday, 3pm to 11pm) and based in Vaudreuil Dorion Canada Facility. Occasionally work maybe required outside of “normal” hours including weekends. The function requires working in the shop floor environments.

Logoplaste is currently seeking to recruit a Team Leader, to join the plant team in Twin Falls, ID (USA).
The Team Lead is responsible for support of the operation and assigned department(s) and coordination of activities within his/her scope of control and setting priorities to accomplish business goals. The Team Lead is a "hands on" working lead role and may be asked to perform duties of an operator or forklift driver.
Key Tasks & Activities...
- Supports the direction set forth by manager
- Responsible for providing a safe environment to all production employees, visitors and temp labor
- Ensure all employees receive regular safety training in accordance with the safety training program
- Ensure all employees and visitors receive and wear their PPE and safety equipment
- Continually monitor production floor and equipment for unsafe or hazardous conditions, report immediately and make appropriate corrections to repair, replace or quarantine
- Ensure proper medical attention is provided immediately with any accident perform the accident investigation promptly
- Maintain quality product by assuring all employees are completing quality checks and product is in specification
- Ensure all employees are trained to identify product for rejection, rework etc.
- Ensure all non-conforming products are communicated to the appropriate managers to disposition appropriately
- Responsible for maintaining a clean production floor and clean equipment
- Perform daily audits of production floor and equipment cleanliness and make necessary corrections to maintain a "showroom" condition
- Ensure all daily, weekly and periodic cleaning tasks are performed as outlined in the Master Cleaning Schedule with documentation initialed as completed
- Responsible for achieving maximum production efficiency on all scheduled machines
- Monitor machine processes and ensure any changes are justified and properly recorded
- Monitor production floor efficiencies and make necessary adjustments to meet and exceed OEE Standards
- Perform shift inventories to ensure accurate production numbers
- Record daily production, downtime summaries, etc.
- Proactive in addressing inefficiencies; communicate all equipment inefficiencies with maintenance personnel
- Enforcement of company policy and procedures with shift personnel
- Monitor shift personnel activities as it relates to Company Policy and Procedure
- Maintain employee relations and records
- Report employee attendance occurrences on day of occurrence
- Approve/deny and schedule accordingly all vacation requests, personal time, etc.
- Perform employee corrective action and disciplinary action with the assistance of the HR Manager
- Monitor employee breaks
- Schedule and conduct shift meetings regularly; document shift meetings
- Promote and participate in TPM events and projects
- Safety Committee membership encouraged but not required
- Assist with trials of new and existing products
- Participates in continuous improvement of the facility
- Assists with mold changes and set-ups
- Provides input to the manager on continuous basis for performance evaluation, corrective action and action plan purposes
- Losses optimization (vision, unforeseen stoppages etc.)
- Other duties as assigned by manager

· Assurez-vous que les programmes d'entretien sont à jour pour tout l'équipement du site
· Assurez-vous que tous les systèmes de déclaration et de paperasse sont mis à jour
· Analysez les dossiers de panne pour aider à élaborer les normes d'entretien du site
· Assurez-vous que les dossiers de maintenance sont à jour
· Assurez-vous qu'il y a des pièces ou composants de rechange pour tout l'équipement et recommandez les quantités à stocker
· Assurez-vous que l'utilisation des pièces de rechange a été enregistrée avec précision

· Entretenir tout l'équipement de l'usine afin d'assurer une efficacité maximale de tous les équipements

Compétences et qualifications
· Expérience antérieure en manufacture en maintenance avec une expérience en électricien/mécanicien mécanique
· Connaissance des automates programmables (API) sur la logique à échelle et les équipements de contrôle
· Doit posséder de solides connaissances mécaniques et une expérience en maintenance de machines de production
· Doit être capable de démontrer une bonne approche pratique et pratique
· Capacité prouvée à bien travailler sous pression dans un environnement rapide et actif
· Doit être capable de démontrer de bonnes compétences interpersonnelles
· Une bonne connaissance pratique de la législation pertinente, y compris la santé et la sécurité, l'électricité au travail, etc
· Excellente connaissance des systèmes informatiques – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
· Des connaissances en moulage par soufflage et en moulage par injection seraient un atout
· L'expérience dans la fabrication de plastiques est un atout
· Être capable de suivre une formation supplémentaire

Le technicien en qualité assurera le focus et le leadership pour toutes les questions liées à la qualité au sein de l'usine.
DEVOIRS ET RESPONSABILITÉS
· Maintenir toutes les procédures et politiques de contrôle de la qualité
· Offrir un soutien pratique et des conseils de qualité à tout le personnel
· Assurez-vous que le produit répond aux spécifications et attentes des clients
· Vérification complète de la qualité et offre un soutien qualité à tous les niveaux de l'entreprise
· Aider au traitement des données pour SAP et à fournir des informations mensuelles sur les KPI
· Aider à la maintenance du Système de gestion intégré (SGI)
· Analyser statistiquement la qualité des données/résultats pour faciliter la résolution de problèmes
· Créer des COA clients
· Enquêtez et aidez à déterminer la cause profonde et les actions correctives pour les plaintes des clients
· Clôturer les actions issues des audits internes et externes
· Donner la formation si nécessaire
· Organiser des essais pour de nouveaux produits
· Soutenir et encourager l'amélioration continue dans toute l'usine
· Coordonner et participer aux activités de refonte
· Gérer les COA des matières premières, les inspections entrantes et la tenue de dossiers
· Respectez les politiques et procédures de sécurité de l'entreprise tout en maintenant un bon entretien, des pratiques GMP et des pratiques mondiales de salubrité alimentaire.

COMMENCES & QUALIFICATIONS
· Une qualification académique ou professionnelle reconnue et devrait pouvoir démontrer une solide expérience en assurance qualité et en amélioration des processus
· Expérience en fabrication dans une industrie connexe dans un rôle de qualité (moulage soufflé, extrusion, injection, étirement)
· Connaissance des systèmes de gestion de la qualité tels que les normes TQM, 6-Sigma et EHS
· Capacité à gérer les priorités changeantes
· Capacité à travailler de façon autonome ou au sein d'une équipe
· Résolveur de problèmes proactif et créatif, capable de gérer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à gérer les échéances
· Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite
· Compétent avec MS Word, Excel, InfinityOS, SPC
· Connaissance pratique de FSSC/GFSI, ISO 9001, ISO 22000 et ISO 22002-4
